Project 2: Rhetorical Analysis

Rhetorical analysis focuses on the many types of communication with the audience such as persuasion, informing and engagement. The purpose of this message is to communicate and inform the operator as soon as possible of the critical situation that people are experiencing. Also, rhetorical analysis refers to the Toulmin analysis as a method that provides a structured approach to arguments.
